One of the most respected agents in the Venice/Mar Vista/Marina del Rey area, Sue Levitt has had an exceptional career in real estate. For more than 35 years she has dedicated herself to high standards and superior client service, specializing in the Westside communities of Mar Vista, Marina del Rey, Playa Del Rey, Venice, Culver City and Westchester.

Sue began her business as a sole practitioner and continues to maintain a hands-on, personalized approach to residential real estate, guiding her clients through the transaction and ensuring complete satisfaction with every detail.

“I enjoy the connections I make with clients and work hard to ensure all of their needs are handled,” Sue says. “Each home is different, exciting and interesting. I encourage my clients, ‘Leave it to Levitt’ to handle the entire transaction for you.”

Sue has received numerous honors and awards for her productivity and sales volume. She has been an associate manager and a training director, mentoring new licensees on best practices, sales techniques and ways to build a successful career in the business.

“Sue is exceptionally dedicated to serving her clients and the community. I have known Sue for more than 25 years and her skills, professionalism, and spirit are an asset to our team,” says Scott L. Gibson, president and founder of Gibson International.

As part of her commitment to the community, Sue is an active member of the Venice Marina Lions Club and an advisor to and past president of the Los Angeles Police Department Pacific Area Boosters. Sue is very active with "Safe Place for Youth" (S.P.Y.) an organization that helps the teenage homeless who live on Venice Beach. She serves as an intake counselor to help the youth with many needs such as obtaining birth certificates, California ID cards, and eye exams to get them on a path to self-sufficiency. For her extraordinary community service, Sue was named as a “local hero” by The Argonaut newspaper in November 2012. In addition, she is a licensed practitioner in the Church of Religious Science and continues to take classes on personal and spiritual growth.
