Stevens' extensive sales, marketing and management experience is evident in the results he achieves for his clients. His friendly, yet professional demeanor has served him well in his dealings with some of the most influential people throughout his life, from U.S. Presidents, owners of Fortune 500 companies, top executives, celebrities and ordinary people from all over the world. He understands and offers the highest level of skill in negotiating, marketing and finance, he possesses a strong understanding of current economic conditions that will maximize your goals.
Originally from Minneapolis/St. Paul, Steven graduated from the University of St Thomas with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management. He moved to Los Angeles after spending twelve years in New York, where he ran the very popular and award winning restaurant Bondst. Through this, he has developed a very large network and customer base. Confidentiality is very important to him and discretion is assured. Most importantly, he has developed a keen sense of customer service and satisfaction, and by using the latest technology everyday in his pursuit of your needs; his goal is to exceed your expectations.
Steven believes education is the single most important thing he can do for himself and for his customers. Constantly educating himself on the latest market conditions, rules, and legislation, he stays ahead of the curve. He attends seminars and webinars on a continuous basis to make sure he provides his clientele with the most updated and thorough information so they can make the most informed decisions.
He specializes in (but not limited to) the Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, Sunset Strip, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Beverly Glen.
He is a certified Green Specialist in the area of home design and architecture. These use reclaimed and sustainable materials in construction and eco-friendly systems in housing operations, to reduce carbon footprints and fossil fuel consumption.
Steven also holds the designation of CSSPIFS, or Certified Short-Sale & Properties in Foreclosure Specialist, which includes the HAMP and HAFA programs. In todays economy this has proven to be an extremely useful skillset. He specializes in helping people in foreclosure and/or short sale situations at absolutely no charge and will discuss possible solutions. He can provide California's non-judicial foreclosure timeline upon request. It's nice to know you do have options. Recently, Steven has become one of an elite group of architectural agents within John Aaroe Group and now specializes in architecturally significant properties and brings a wealth of information and expertise to the table to support you.
He always says, "Life is about the journey, there is no destination, so keep moving and keep dreaming. The only destination should be the pathway of your life." He is ready to help you along that path. He considers it very fortunate that many of his past customers are now some of his closest friends and even more importantly, that they are repeat customers and they refer him to their friends and family.
