Robert has represented us FOUR times since 2009, and we couldn't be happier with his services! His professionalism and expertise are only outweighed by his loyalty to us as customers. He has gone to battle for us in some very challenging situations, and he always comes back with a win. I've recommend him time and time again, and everyone who works with him has been overjoyed as well. Robert is amazing!

I challenge anyone to find a better realtor! By far, the best home selling experience I have ever had, hands down.

I can't say enough about Robert. You may be sure that he has a lifelong client and friend. An outstanding real estate agent. He was very professional, accessible and helpful throughout the sale of my townhouse, and the purchase of my new home, which took place concurrently. Both transactions were handled professionally and smoothly. I received multiple offers, and sold for more than I could have imagined. The highest offer came from Robert's database.

We have worked with Robert on everything from buying (and selling) our first home - to buying (and selling) our first income property and everything in between! He is conscientious, responsive, tireless and kind - everything you want in a realtor. We have recommended Robert to many of our friends and they have all been so happy with his work. Can't wait to work with him again!

I've worked with Robert for a few years now and I've bought and sold houses with him. His calm, confident approach to buying and selling houses helps to cut down on what can at times be a very stressful process.

Robert did an excellent job of helping us sell our home. He was wonderful to work with, made the entire process easy and was a complete joy to get to get know. His knowledge of Los Angeles and surrounding communities was invaluable.

Robert listed and sold our house on Mt. Angelus in Highland Park for nearly $100,000 over asking. It was our third time listing the house, and the experience was far different from our previous attempts to sell the house.

We needed to get our house on the market for a quick move. Robert understood what we needed and from the photos to the listing he was there 100% - gave us great info about the housing market and made the process much easier than I thought it would be. Our house sold quickly and he was always very straightforward with us about what the next steps were. It was nice to know we had someone who had the know-how to do it right.

I was impressed by Robert when I first met him while he was showing a house. He knew the area well, include details about dog-friendly hiking trails and good restaurants. Later, as he was helping me buy a home, I was impressed by the information he provided and the high level of communication. He truly listened to what I wanted and helped me find a perfect fit.

I'm not one to give the highest rating as a usual practice, but Robert deserves it. I was referred to him by another client of his, for houses in the north Los Angeles area. I also had a condo in Pasadena to sell, back during the housing boom in 2006. Robert took care of both aspects, and walked me through the escrow process, and gave me tips regarding having one house while awaiting the sale of another. The thing I liked about Robert was, well, everything! He was prompt and punctual with appointments, he was not pushy, and when we looked at properties he was critical if needed (and did not push the most expensive property on me). He did a brief interview to ascertain for what I was searching, and understood what I liked and disliked. With that in mind, he selected four or five houses a weekend and we drove to them. I found a great house north of Dodger Stadium, and am still in it! It took several weekends to find the right property, for at that time there was a glut of houses on the market, but Robert was patient and professional. Furthermore, I had questions about refinancing, or home improvement, and he gave me great recommendations for those, which I followed and am satisfied.

Robert Carey has helped me with eleven real estate transactions over the past six years. As an investor I have appreciated his ability to strategize and negotiate the best opportunity in every situation. He has always been professional and calm even in stressful situations. And what real estate transaction in not stressful? I have bought, sold and leased with Robert. He is knowledgeable and well-informed on market trends. If he does not know the answer, he gets it. I will say my needs have been immediate and urgent. Robert has been timely, available and responsive. Even when my emotionality has set in, he has been able to bring me back to the objective data at hand and guide me to problem resolution. Robert has become a good friend and business colleague.

Robert was great in helping me with the sale of my first home. I thought buying was scary and emotional... it turns out selling is worse! But Robert saw me through it every step of the way. I was going to be out of town for the sale and I needed someone that was going to handle all the details and go the extra mile for me. I was working hard and settling into a new city and Robert assured me he could handle things and make it as easy as possible for me. He checked in enough that I knew things were being handled, but didn't create undo stress in the process. He is VERY chill! But gets the job done. There were a few hiccups along the way like a leaky pipe and a break-in and burglary. Robert coordinated things with my plumber to get the pipe fixed pronto and after the burglary actually slept at my house with his German Shepard to make sure things were safe! I'd call that going the extra mile! Not only did he take care of the house and the sale... but took care of me a little bit too. He recognized the stress I was going through and let me yell and vent on the phone a few times... even helping me to laugh about the ridiculousness of the selling process. MOST importantly!... We sold the house for a price that I was happy with. Great service... Great guy... Great work! I have no reservations in recommending him to others who are looking to sell!

Robert helped us tremendously buying our first home. We weren’t familiar with the neighborhood and he gave us great insights on things to do, see and eat around the properties we were interested in, as well as the straight scoop on things that only someone with a long history in the area would know. He was very responsive in terms of setting up tours and when we finally had an accepted offer, he guided us through all the complicated processes every step of the way and we only heard good things about him from all the other people involved like our mortgage broker. Hes a great agent (and fun to be around!), and we recommend him highly!

Thank you so much for all your expertise, support and friendship over the past couple of months. You are an amazing person and a fantastic realtor.

I had made the request of two other realtors; but both failed, over a period of many months, to respond even though having promised to do so. I was impressed by your initiative so I decided to call you. I wish I had done so months ago! Your response was both prompt and knowledgeable.

When my fiance and I started searching for our first home we spent about 3 months with a realtor and every home we bid on never made what we jokingly referred to as the \"contender\" round. After much discouragement and thinking we may never be able to buy a home in this crazy market we were referred to Robert. Let me say that the moment we met him we just knew he was the right fit to represent us as new buyers. Robert was not stuffy or impersonal, he was really refreshing and completely down to earth. Someone you felt like you could talk to and were being heard. We told him what we wanted and he did his best to meet those wants in finding us a house. Then sure enough, every single house we were serious about bidding on, Robert put us in the \"contender\" round. WhooooHoooo! Then within about 3 weeks or working with him we started escrow and purchased a home. Robert is not only a person that knows how to do his job amazingly well he is also a person that you can talk to and discuss your thoughts and concerns. He became a confidant in a nutty market! He was with us every step of the way and I really do believe that if we had not had him as our agent we just might be still floundering out there today. Go Robert!

Renee and I want to thank you for the professional and efficient job that you did on selling our house. Since our home was unique, we felt it needed specialized marketing above and beyond the normal channels. We were very pleased with the professional brochure and marketing techniques that you incorporated into your presentation. A qualified buyer was found quickly and you were there to guide us through the escrow process. Please do not hesitate to use us as a reference should any of your future clients need further information on your qualifications.

Thank you Robert for the most wonderful selling experience.
