About our Manager

After 23 years in real estate, Pacific Union Manager Scott Carmody holds firm to the belief that a good real estate agent is more an educator than a salesperson, and he puts this to practice each day while managing his fellow agents in Pacific Union’s San Vicente Brentwood office. Scott has an unusually deep understanding of real estate contracts, which benefits clients regardless of which side of the transaction they’re on. Working hard to identify with all parties involved in a transaction helps Scott to anticipate and plan for his clients’ next move. With business coming primarily by referral, Scott has experience selling homes in sought after locales like Los Feliz, Malibu and the San Fernando Valley, but his knowledge of the Southern California real estate market has no bounds.
