Reviews

They say that after the death of a loved one, moving and buying a house are the most stressful things. Thank God for Nick McCutchen for making the process an absolute joy. A native New Yorker, I can't stand high-pressure salesmen and Nick was extremely friendly and easy-going, never applying pressure to my wife and me during the entire time we hunted for our new home, and never growing impatient with our endless list of questions and requests for more information. He was amazingly transparent and honest, never once pushing me to buy something that wasn't right for me in order to make a commission. There are so few trustworthy people in industries like this, and it was refreshing to see there are still actual people out there who put their client's needs first, knowing that I'll never use anyone but him in the future. Can't highly recommend this all-around-great guy enough.

Nick was the perfect person to consult about real estate with and seek guidance from. He was honest, patient and transparent with me the whole way. Nick was never pushy during the process of looking at new houses and trying to sell my current one. Thank god I finally found an agent I can trust has my best interests in mind. I will never work with anyone else again!
