As a Southern California native and a resident of the Pasadena area for the past 25 years, I have seen the many ups and downs of our unique real estate market first hand; all from the perspective of having over 20 years of experience in real estate related services. My career has taken me from title, to lending, to appraisals, to acquisitions and sales. I know the intricacies of every aspect of a transaction and my extensive background in real estate makes me keenly aware of the forces that drive our market, all while giving me an ability to obtain the best possible results for all of my clients.
