Bearing an undeniable worldly cognizance is Swedish-born Magnus Hellberg, a true hands-on leader and collaborator representing the Los Angeles real estate community for more than a decade and an original partner at Pacific Union since its inception in 2009. Magnus is best known for his ability to serve his clients, a forte in real estate accomplished by leveraging his attention to detail and communication skills in tune with their specific needs, coupled with extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate landscape. With his caring demeanor and results-driven approach, Magnus goes well beyond merely selling homes; he changes lives.
A steadfast believer that there is no future in the past, Magnus does, however, honor how his prior experience in the high-end hospitality industry helped him to perfect the art of luxury service. His days as a restaurateur in his homeland of Sweden, as well as in the foodie mecca of San Francisco, taught Magnus how to recognize and anticipate the needs of his patrons. Working in the hotel industry on Maui and in Los Angeles for over a decade only deepened that understanding.
The common thread found in Magnus’ professional life, including his stint as an actor, leads back to being an excellent listener. Magnus is the proud co-chair of the Pacific Union Charitable Giving Fund and is also involved with Giveback Homes, L.A. Family Housing and Pacific Palisades Rotary Club. An active tennis player and golf enthusiast, Magnus is a member of both Calabasas Country Club and Calabasas Tennis and Swim Center.
