Few show business figures have led a longer, more storied life than Bob Hope. When the Hope Estate asked us to represent the property, we had the unforgettable thrill of stepping into the home that had hosted decades of legendary stars and celebrities. Enjoy!

Lucille Ball and Jack Benny chatted over cocktails. Bing Crosby serenaded guests after dinner. The President helicoptered in for golf. It’s said that only the White House hosted more celebrities and politicians than the Hope Estate. This time, we aren’t just selling a property. We’re representing an American icon.
In 1939, newly arrived for his first Hollywood movie, Bob Hope and wife, Dolores, built their dream home in Toluca Lake. After over 70 years of celebrity guests, the estate they treasured and expanded over their lifetime came on the market—and we were given the honor of representing one of the most iconic residences in Southern California. more »
