My wife and I were first time home buyers, and we were looking to buy our home in Los Angeles before moving here from San Francisco. On top of that we were 6 months pregnant with our first child when we started the home search. John came recommended from a friend and we could not been any more pleased. John was extremely patient with us and was a great calming influence, as we tackled the stress of having our first child and buying our first home. Because we were pregnant at the time, we could not visit Los Angeles very often to look at homes in-person. John went to open houses to take videos that he shared with us and he did regular video chats to help us evaluate properties that deserved a closer look. John would take his time to educate us with any questions we had, and he was always available. The times we came down to look at properties John went the extra mile to make the short trip easy and smooth. And when time came to get our new house ready to move in, John helped us getting minor repairs done, the house painted and cleaned, all while we were up north.
