In the competitive world of high-end L.A. real estate, Jennifer Petsu provides a dynamic advantage to buyers and sellers, due to her experience, integrity and high degree of accountability. A top-producing luxury specialist, Jennifer’s boutique approach to real estate ensures that her clients receive the ultimate in professional expertise and personalized service throughout the entire transaction.

Jennifer is known for her extensive market knowledge of the white-hot L.A. neighborhood Silicon Beach, which has become one of the world's top tech locales, hosting media and tech titans such as Google and Facebook. Her specialty areas include Playa Vista, Culver City, Venice, Marina del Rey, Mar Vista, and surrounding areas in West Los Angeles.

Jennifer honed her keen eye for architecture and design while studying at The Art Institute of Chicago. Billion-dollar developer Brookfield Residential took note and selected Jennifer to be the exclusive agent for three luxury communities in Playa Vista – the groundbreaking Marlowe, Everly, and The Collection.

Jennifer has a background in mortgage banking and entrepreneurship, running her own socially conscious clothing company that was featured by ABC News, Redbook and USA Today. The company, Mirror Me Esteem-wear, was dedicated to the self-esteem and empowerment of young girls and women.

Jennifer spends her free time with family and as a volunteer art teacher through Art in Action, which she fully funded as a gift to Broadway Elementary in Venice, Calif. The program provides many benefits, including building empathy and self esteem among children. Jennifer has also donated time to fundraise for Somaly Mam – dedicated to ending the sex trafficking of children and young women in Southeast Asia. read less «
