A San Marino native and longtime Pasadena resident, I received my degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. A Realtor since 1983, I have worked in various aspects of the Real Estate industry. Prior to transitioning to Residential sales, I had an extensive Commercial Real Estate career spanning construction management, leasing and development. I worked for Legacy Partners, LLC and was responsible for development projects totaling over $850 million. Additionally, I established a filming/location division requiring extensive coordinating, management, supervision, and trouble shooting problems with municipalities.
In 2003, I joined my wife Vicky in Residential sales and together we formed The Botsford Group. For years we received company accolades for our excellent annual production. In 2012, we were invited to be Founding Partners of Partners Trust Real Estate’s Pasadena location. After 5 years of successfully growing and nurturing that office, 2017 brought the merging of Partners Trust Real Estate with Pacific Union International, a northern California based firm. The Botsford Group continues to flourish with the addition of our son, Kevin (2016). We boast annual sales volume of $40 million.
I am an avid golfer and have been involved with non-profit organizations such as The First Tee of Pasadena and the Board of the South Pasadena YMCA. Currently, I serve on the Board of Annandale Golf Club. read less «
