I would compare working with Ron to making fantastic guacamole. First, you need the right ingredients. Second, you have to know the right proportions. Third, you have to mix it just right. And last you need to eat it while it's fresh. When I first met Ron, my lease tenant was moving out rather suddenly. I had anticipated having to pay out a couple of months rent trying to find a new tenant. This was the beginning of December by the way. When we first began looking for someone to list and sell my mother’s house in Brentwood, I warned my siblings that brokers who wanted the listing would likely over-promise in order to get it. Within 10 days of its listing, you brought us 7 offers. 3 days later we were in escrow right where we wanted, and there was a back up offer behind it. Escrow closed today, and everything went smoothly due to your shepherding. And despite the fact that I can’t tell when you did it, I know you also went to China!
