Darlene Hutton is amongst the most discerning and top-producing agents in Los Angeles, leveraging her real estate know-how and marketing expertise to represent an impressive portfolio of both clients and homes on L.A.’s Westside. Darlene is renowned for her innovative marketing approach, affording homesellers and their home a distinctive edge. Over the years, she has represented a variety of clients—from NBA and NFL players to screenwriters, producers, directors, actors and comedians—although she consistently notes a common thread between each: all clients want a home to beautifully meet their needs. A Michigan native, Darlene attended Michigan State University where she received a B.A. degree in marketing and a minor in public relations. She first entered the realm of real estate while flipping homes and later acquired her license to pursue an unwavering passion for homes. Darlene was one of the original 11 founding partners of Partners Trust, the L.A. brokerage that launched in 2009 and grew to $10.5 billion in sales, ultimately merging with Pacific Union International in 2018—the largest independent real estate company in California. As such, she has experienced all facets of the real estate spectrum, from inception to outgrowth, and presently works in Pacific Union International’s flagship Brentwood office.

Darlene resides in Brentwood with her husband and three children, where she boasts an extensive wine collection that serves as the perfect canvas for any dinner party. Darlene is also a Soul Cycle fanatic, but when the weather is too good to beat, you can find her on long, outdoor runs. Philanthropically, she started the Charity Wine Foundation to benefit breast cancer, serves as co-chair of the Pacific Union Charitable Giving Fund and is a board member at St. Matthew's Parish School in Pacific Palisades.
