We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Carolyn Hart. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place or anything about the process. It was important for me that I find someone who is honest and is not in the business of pressuring clients into purchases for quick commissions. We met with a couple of realtors before Carolyn, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on, and she really took the lead on the paperwork to take the pressure off of us. As an architect, I had very specific requirements and Carolyn was very knowledgeable and facilitated my ‘requests’ along the way keeping in mind the challenges of the Los Angeles real estate market, of which she has incredible experience. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the “one”, Carolyn walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the seller to explain why we thought they should choose us. I believe this approach won the seller over who responded he “would be please to sell his home to us” I now own an incredible space in Hollywood and I owe it to Carolyn’s attention and quick response when the home came to market. We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Carolyn to them!
