Pacific Union International Celebrates Opening of Highland Park Office
Pacific Union professionals gathered with local residents to toast the opening of the company’s Highland Park office, its 20th Southern California location, and to mark the beginning of a new chapter in Northeast L.A. real estate. The evening hummed with energy and excitement, not only for where the company stands but for where it’s headed.

The event benefited the company’s Charitable Giving Fund, which raises funds for nonprofits focused on the arts, healthcare, education and neighbors in need. Checks were presented to Recycled Resources, a NELA-based organization that addresses unmet needs of the homeless in Northeast Los Angeles, and the Audubon Center at Debs Park, a local environmental education and conservation center.

Set within the iconic 1928 Frank’s Highland Park Camera building at 5715 North Figueroa Street, the office space has been transformed into a 4,300 square foot creative hub where the company’s professionals will serve area clients. Guests included members of two well-established real estate teams who have just joined the office: Brad Holmes Group and L34 Group, led by Deirdre Salomone and Terry Saltzman.

“We’re thrilled we’ve officially arrived in Highland Park,” said Gary Mazziotti, Branch Manager of the new office.  “L34 Group, Brad Holmes Group and the other fine real estate professionals working from this office have deep roots in this community. We’re all excited to bring our company’s unique skills and services to Northeast Los Angeles and Highland Park, which the Los Angeles Times has called one of the top five hottest metro neighborhoods in the city.”

The new Highland Park office was born out of Pacific Union’s growing success across greater Los Angeles. As interest in L.A.’s northeast neighborhoods intensified, local demand for the firm’s  skilled services has grown. The new NELA flagship office was opened to better meet the needs of clients who work and live in Highland Park, Atwater Village, Eagle Rock, Mt. Washington, Glassell Park, Cypress Park, Montecito Heights and Monterey Hills.

In the opening’s highlight moment, the Pacific Union team and members of the community joined in toasting the real estate professionals, clients and local residents who joined forces to bring the project to fruition. We thank everyone who joined us for this landmark celebration.
