Ann’s first sale in 1992 set a record for the highest residential land sale in the city. In 1993, the Houston Business Journal ranked her as one of the city’s 25 Top Producing Agents and she went on to becoming one of the most successful agents in Houston brokerage. Her excellent people skills, in-depth knowledge of real estate and a natural sales ability quickly built a solid foundation of clients. In 2012, Ann moved to California to live near her family and within two years, she was one of the Top Agents in Los Angeles County. Her first listing in Los Angeles was the iconic Owlwood Estate, “The Crown Jewel of Holmby Hills” and in September 2016, she successfully closed Owlwood for $90,000,000. This sale set the record for the 3rd highest residential sale in the history of LACounty. It especially significant because Owlwood was never listed in The MLS, advertised or publicized; all buyers came directly from Ann’s efforts. She was the 2016 No. 3 Top Producing Agent for Douglas Elliman California, sold Douglas Elliman’s largest sale nationally and named one of the Top 30 Luxury Brokers of LA County. Her average sale of $32,975,000 placed her No. 2 nationally.
In January 2018, she joined Pacific Union International. The positive energy fit her style beautifully and in less than two months she formed “Team Dashiell” which includes Rosa Gil, Philip Roslev and her son, Mark Dashiell.
