A licensed broker and top-performer, Amy Chang adds valuable expertise to every client relationship with her knowledge, professionalism and more than 25 years of real estate experience. A life-long resident of Southern California and a 30-year Santa Monica resident, Amy has worked all over Los Angeles, where she is known for her responsiveness and ability to look at a transaction from all sides. Amy was phenomenal in helping us both buy and sell our condo in Santa Monica. She responded quickly to any communication, and she was able to get us all documents online. It was 10x easier working with Amy than I expected having previously worked with other agents in northern California. It was so easy just signing everything online and it saved us a ton of time. When it came time to sell the condo, I was worried because another unit in the building had been on the market for awhile. So my expectations were low. However, Amy managed the entire process from inspections to staging to showing, and generated a ton of interest. We got $200k more than I thought possible when we started the process.
