I am originally from Santa Barbara, CA, and have been fortunate enough to live in Southern California my whole life. After graduating from Loyola Marymount University, I fell in love with the Westside of LA and have now called the area home for 12 years.

I specialize in the areas that make up the increasingly popular Silicon Beach from Santa Monica to Redondo Beach. I enjoy educating my clients through my expertise on the neighborhoods and markets on the Westside so that they can make the best decision possible when it comes to their home.

If you're a first time buyer (like me), or a seasoned pro looking to buy or rent on the westside, Alex is THE MAN. Not only did he help me find my house, he walked me through every step of the process and was beyond patient with my 100s (or 1000s) of questions. He knows the westside market inside and out, is comfortable saying when something is overpriced and really looks out for his clients interests. We must have seen nearly 100 houses, bid on 5, went in and out of escrow once, and everything else that can happen good or bad in home buying process and he was on the ball all the time, super cool, and i couldn't imagine having gone through the experience with anyone else...and now i have my place and I am super happy...and i still ask him questions probably way too often and he still answers....he's about the relationship not the quick sale.

Working with Alex to purchase our home was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend him. As we were relocating to LA from the east coast, we only had two weekend trips to find a home. After our first day looking at properties together, he quickly tuned into our tastes and preferences and helped us make the most of our trips and focus on realistic options. He was very knowledgeable about the market provided excellent and appropriate advice as we considered our options. He was incredibly responsive to our numerous emails, calls and texts. Given our limited time, Alex really went above and beyond to do a lot of leg work that we weren't able to do ourselves. He previewed houses for us and even toured a promising house on face time with my husband. Although we felt pressure to find and buy a house quickly, Alex was patient and reminded us of what we told him was important so that we didn't compromise on the wrong house too soon. We were lucky enough to find the house of our dreams on our second trip and Alex helped us navigate the negotiations to get the house for less than list price. He attended all the inspections on our behalf and remained very hands on throughout the escrow period. Despite a difficult selling agent that at times made my husband and I consider walking away, Alex remained professional and level headed throughout the process and we are so pleased that we chose him to represent us. We are so grateful for all the hard work that Alex put into our purchase and would highly recommend him.

Buying real estate in Los Angeles is a trying experience, so it's good to be able to work with someone like Alex. He has a wealth of knowledge about a wide array of Los Angeles neighborhoods, and, in particular, the Westside. He also is incredibly responsive -- he usually replied to my (not infrequent) emails within minutes. But, most importantly, he was a calming influence, keeping an even keel as we made offers on multiple properties and went through a difficult escrow. I would not hesitate to recommend him to prospective buyers.
